Photo's of Black Sundays and Grenadier days

There are hundreds of photos of past Black Sundays and Grenadier days. Many of our members are on there. Sadly the photos are copyrighted so we can not copy them onto here, unless we pay. Its a shame, what happened to the Battalion photographer?

Anyway to see the post follow the link, go to Black Sunday and the photos are listed in year order, Have fun.

We have some photos of branch activities, but I know there are many more out there. We are looking for branch activity photos past or recent. If you have some good photos you could share with the website please get in touch with Colin or myself, and we will see about placing them on the website.

Grenadier day on Sunday 17th of July.

Grenadier day is at Aldershot once again. It is on Sunday 17th of July. Sadly our branch is not sending a coach this year.
If we have any members considering going in private cars with a spare seat, please let it be known on face book. You may find another member who would be willing to share your fuel cost.

Union Jack Club, London

If you intend to visit the capital then always consider staying at the Union Jack Club. The rates are very competative and the rooms are good. If you become a member of the Club you will receive a further 10% discount. On reaching retirement age you will receive an additional 10% discount. The location is good right by Waterloo Station. Bar prices as well as the restaurant are excellent considering that you are in London.
